Tarta de frambuesa y chocolate-TH

Aquí tienes una receta para hacer una deliciosa tarta de frambuesa y chocolate:

Ingredientes para el bizcocho:

  • 1 taza de azúcar
  • 3/4 taza de harina
  • 1/2 taza de cacao en polvo
  • 3/4 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
  • 3/4 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • 1 huevo grande
  • 1/2 taza de leche entera
  • 1/4 taza de aceite vegetal
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
  • 1/2 taza de agua hirviendo

Ingredientes para el relleno:

  • 1 taza de frambuesas frescas
  • 1/4 taza de azúcar
  • 1 cucharada de maicena
  • 1 cucharada de agua
  • 1 taza de crema batida
  • 1/4 taza de azúcar glas
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
  • 1 taza de chocolate oscuro derretido

Instrucciones:

  1. Precalentar el horno a 350°F (180°C). Engrasar unmolde redondo para tarta de 9 pulgadas (23 cm).
  2. En un tazón grande, mezclar el azúcar, la harina, el cacao en polvo, el polvo de hornear, el bicarbonato de sodio y la sal.
  3. Agregar el huevo, la leche, el aceite vegetal y el extracto de vainilla. Mezclar bien hasta que la masa esté suave.
  4. Agregar el agua hirviendo y mezclar hasta que la masa esté homogénea y suave.
  5. Verter la masa en el molde para tarta preparado y hornear en el horno precalentado durante 30-35 minutos, o hasta que al insertar un palillo en el centro de la tarta, este salga limpio.
  6. Dejar enfriar la tarta en el molde durante 10 minutos, luego retirarla del molde y dejar que se enfríe completamente en una rejilla para enfriar.
  7. Mientras tanto, preparar el relleno. En una cacerola pequeña, mezclar las frambuesas, el azúcar y la maicena. Cocinar a fuego medio, revolviendo constantemente, hasta que la mezcla espese y las frambuesas se deshagan, aproximadamente5-7 minutos.
  8. Retirar del fuego y mezclar el agua hasta que la mezcla esté suave. Dejar enfriar completamente.
  9. En un tazón grande, batir la crema batida, el azúcar glas y el extracto de vainilla hasta que se formen picos suaves.
  10. Agregar el chocolate derretido y mezclar suavemente hasta que esté bien combinado.
  11. Cortar la tarta en dos capas horizontales. Colocar una capa en un plato para servir.
  12. Extender la mezcla de frambuesa enfriada sobre la capa inferior de la tarta y cubrir con una capa generosa de crema de chocolate.
  13. Colocar la otra capa de tarta encima y cubrir con más crema de chocolate.

Tarta Riverdale

Otra de mis tartas atrasadas, tengo un montón y poco a poco las iré poniendo.
A mi sobrina Martina le gusta una serie llamada «Riverdale», así que, en esta ocasión la ha querido de su serie favorita y sus deseos son ordenes, espero que os guste.  
Bizcocho chocolate extreme cake:
550 gr. azúcar
330 gr. harina
97 gr. cacao en polvo
3 cucharaditas de bicarbonato
3 cucharaditas de levadura en polvo
1 pizca de sal
3 huevos
355 ml. leche
180 ml. aceite de girasol
3 cucharaditas de esencia de vainilla
360 ml. agua hirviendo
Buttercream de fresitas del bosque:
200 gr. mantequilla t/amb.
200 gr. icing sugar
3 cucharadas de pasta de fresitas del bosque
Ganaché de chocolate:
200 gr. chocolate postres Nestlé.
100 ml. nata líquida para montar.
Decoración:
600 gr. Fondant celeste
Fondant varios colores
Impresión comestible
Preparación del bizcocho:
1. Precalentamos el horno a 175 grados, calor arriba y abajo.
2. Untamos  el molde de mantequilla o spray desmoldante.
3. Tamizamos y mezclamos los ingredientes secos: azúcar, harina, cacao, bicarbonato, levadura y la sal.
4. Añadimos los huevos, leche, aceite y la vainilla, y mezclamos.
5. Cuando esté todo bien mezclado añadimos el agua hirviendo (el resultado es bastante líquido, es normal).
6. Echamos la mezcla en el molde y horneamos 1 hora y 20 minutos o hasta que al, lo  pinchar el bizcocho con un palillo salga limpio. No sacar del molde hasta que se haya enfriado.
Preparación de la buttercream de fresitas del bosque:
1. Echamos en el bol la mantequilla y el icing sugar tamizado, y empezamos a batir.
2. Cuando esté cremosa le añadimos la pasta de fresitas del bosque, y mezclamos bien hasta que se integre totalmente.
Preparación el ganaché:
1. Troceamos el chocolate muy picado y disponemos en un bol.
2. Ponemos la nata en un cazo y calentamos a fuego medio hasta que empiece a hervir y lo echamos sobre el chocolate, dejamos reposar 3 minutos y removemos hasta que se forme una crema brillante y homogénea, dejamos reposar 8 horas a temperatura ambiente, y listo para usar.
Montaje:
1. Cortamos el bizcocho en discos.
2. Sobre un disco de cartón disponemos la primera capa de bizcocho, echamos una capa de buttercream. Así sucesivamente hasta terminar con todas las capas, cubrimos toda la tarta con el ganaché, y dejamos enfriar un poco.
3. Extendemos el fondant y cubrimos la tarta, adornamos al gusto, en este caso con todos los adornos del bar de la serie Riverdale; el cartel de Pop’s, la chaqueta de cuero con el logo, un batido, adornando el por fuera con ventanas y la puerta del bar.
